Shop & Products
Everything your venue sells beyond a single court booking, from memberships and session cards to credits, recurring slots, and Pro Shop items, and how to combine them into a business.
The Products section is where you turn your venue's resources into a full commercial offering. Beyond one-off reservations, you can sell prepaid packages, recurring slots, subscriptions, balance, and physical goods, and you can layer them so that a membership grants credits, credits buy a session card, and a session card pays for a booking.
This page is a map of what each product type is for and the kinds of things you can build with it. Each linked guide goes deep on configuration and real-world examples. Whatever you sell, monitor purchases, adjust pricing for your seasons, and promote your best products through Announcements and emails.
Memberships
Subscriptions and passes that reward loyal customers and create predictable revenue. A membership can charge once or on a recurring schedule, run open-ended or for a fixed term, and bundle benefits like reservation discounts, granted credits and session cards, early booking, access control, and reduced entry to events and tournaments. Build a monthly membership with a notice period, a fixed twelve-month contract paid monthly, or a one-time summer pass.

Session cards
Prepaid packages of play that customers buy once and draw down over time. The same tool makes a ten-session punch card, a twenty-hour bundle, a free trial week limited to one per customer, a weekday-mornings card, or an unlimited seasonal pass, each with its own validity rules and restrictions.

Credits
A prepaid balance customers spend across the venue like cash. Sell tiered top-ups with a bonus that works as a built-in discount, offer a dynamic any-amount top-up, or issue gift cards, all with full control over expiration and VAT.

Recurring reservations
Repeating slots you sell as a product, for groups, clubs, and companies that want the same time every week or month. Define the days, times, and resources, set purchase rules, and track how often the slot has been sold. Recurring reservations appear in yellow on the calendar so they stand out from one-off bookings.
